We welcome submissions. We want to make sure that you are not submitting an idea only, but that you have mostly completed your project. This means that you have developed the plot or central idea of the book, you have done a significant amount of writing, and that you have polished some of the work so that it is finished. This lets us evaluate how well you write, how close you are to being done, and how much you have fleshed out the ideas.
